Registration
There is no registration cost for Explore. All travel, including airfare, ground transportation, and hotel room, should be booked and paid for on your own.
Yes, please let your Expedia Group account manager know that you’d like to bring a colleague. They'll help ensure they're in the system and can register for the event.
We’re not able to accommodate spouses or guests at any Explore sessions or social events.
Use the "cancel your registration" link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you need further assistance, contact explore@expediagroup.com.
Check your junk/spam folders for an email from explore@expediagroup.com. It’s not unusual for company spam filters or firewalls to block email communications from our event platform. To ensure you don’t miss emails in the future, add explore@expediagroup.com to your safe sender list.
Hotel and travel
Stay at ARIA Resort, where Explore is held, for easiest access to the event. We’ve secured a block of rooms there at a negotiated rate.
$299.00 per room, per night (plus taxes and fees).
Discounted rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until they are sold out or until the room rate expires on Friday, April 24, 2026 (whichever comes first). Book your room online early to avoid disappointment!

We recommend arriving anytime on Monday, May 18 and departing anytime on Thursday, May 21. This ensures you won't miss any sessions and can attend the closing party on Wednesday night.
